• Yesterday, 19-year-old Laranden Dewayne Perry was arrested and charged with the murder of 27-year-old Rico Barnes, following a shooting near West End Park, according to Tuscaloosa County Metro Homicide Unit Commander Captain Loyd Baker. The shooting is under investigation.
