Third Sex Option?
In previous years, parents were required to list either male or female as the sex of their newborns. However, Germany has decided to allow a third option on the birth certificates to accommodate the intersexed, as more parents are opting to allow children born with sexual organs of both males and females to choose with which sex they identify themselves.
Is this is a good idea, or should an intersexual person be forced to live as a particular sex from birth?
