This Guy Must Have Been Drunk

The title says it all. A man in Kentucky was arrested for being under the influence of alcohol while, get this, riding his horse. There were reports of a drunken man riding a horse down the road.

When police arrived the man fled on foot.He was arrested after police found his clothes....on his back porch.Just another Dumb A$$ Criminal.
