I took a trip to Timberline Homes on Highway 69 S where the manager, Sean, walked me through one of the most beautiful yet extremely affordable homes! Of course, I walked in with a certain expectation (thin wall paneling, vinyl rug flooring, flimsy doors, etc.) because the outside looked just like every other mobile home I'd ever entered. But once I got inside....

This is definitely NOT your grandmother's mobile home!  The industry has obviously drastically improved.  Home ownership has just gotten a bit more convenient.
