“This Ride Will Kill You”…. Yeah, That’s Kinda the Point!

In recent years, I've found myself declining to do a number of things I would have undoubtedly tried in my younger years.  My reason for declining is always, "I'd have a heart attack and die."  Well, apparently, some morbid minds actually think the concept is a good idea. Thus, they've created a concept for "The Euthanasia Coaster."

The creator of this contraption thinks this would be a good way to kill people.... Ok, he didn't really say that in those words, but he thinks people might like to ride this coaster if they're planning to end their lives. According to dictionary.com, euthanasia-- also called mercy killing --is the act of putting to death painlessly or allowing to die, as by withholding extreme medical measures, a person or animal suffering from an incurable, especially a painful, disease or condition.

So, if you plan to ride this coaster, understand that it is designed to kill you.  Can you imagine the humiliation of those who might choose to ride it, but they happen to survive? THAT would be depressing!  But what are your thoughts on the Euthanasia Coaster.  Good idea since it lets people die in a state of euphoria, or is it suicide since potential riders know they're supposed to die during the ride?
