Throwback Thursday: Koss Pro/4AA Headphones

As a radio professional, one of the most important pieces of equipment to own is a good set of headphones.  I've gone through quite a few sets over the years because I simply didn't want to pay the cost of a good set. Last night, I was gifted a vintage set that made my heart smile!

I was talking with a friend about how equipment has changed over the years and mentioned that I needed some headphones.  Over the phone, he described a set he had. Imagine my surprise when he presented them to me.

Some things just aren't made as well today as they were in the past.  If you think I'm lying, crash a new car into an old box Chevy and see which one is totaled.

These headphones give me a full, clear sound while keeping out all outside noise.  Another major plus is that I don't need an adapter to use them. (Adapters come up missing around here quite regularly.)

I'm not a hard person to please, and these headphones just may be one of the best gifts I've ever received.
