All is quiet for Monday, with possible rain moving in later. For Tuesday, Groundhog Day, the National Weather Service office in Birmingham says our area has an elevated risk. There is potential for tornadoes, damaging winds and hail. Right now, the timing is between 3 p.m. and 10 p.m.
