Tree Giveaway this Saturday

If you've looked at any area in your yard this year and thought to yourself, "A tree would be nice right there," go ahead and set aside some time on your calendar for this Saturday.

The Alabama Power Service Organization, the City of Tuscaloosa and the Druid City Canopy Coalition (DC3) have teamed up to sponsor the Tuscaloosa Arbor Day Seedling Giveaway at the Mildred Westervelt Warner Transportation Museum on Saturday, Feb. 20, 2016 at 8:00 a.m. Over 4,000 bare root seedlings, which are prepped and ready to be planted or potted for later placement, will be given away for free as long as they last.
