A longtime dispute between 2 men has lead to attempted murder charges.  The situation came to a head Wednesday night when the 23-year-old suspect saw the 28-year-old victim at a stop light in Tuscaloosa.

The suspect approached to victim with the intention to start a fight, when the victim got out of his car the suspect opened fire and shot the victim twice before fleeing the scene.

According to wbrc.com The victim was taken to DCH with life-threatening injuries but was in stable condition after surgery.

The suspect Christopher Peoples is in custody and charged with attempted murder. Since when does a dispute between 2 people lead to gunfire?

This generation of young adults obviously has no respect for others as well as themselves.
