UA Student Charged With Rape

Tuscaloosa police are investigating a sexual assault that happened at a fraternity house on the University of Alabama campus.

U.A. student Taylor Force was arrested and charged with rape. According to al.com the victim, a 19-year-old female, told police that she met Force at a bar and went back to a fraternity house.

It appears that parts of the encounter were consensual, but it appears Force had sex with the victim after she told him no and tried to push him off.
