What Are They Feeding Those Super Chickens…That We Eat

The last time I was in the grocery store I noticed how big chicken parts are. Legs as big as turkey legs and the breast are bigger than a lot of females I know.What’s causing chickens to grow like this? According to everything I have read no growth hormones are being used.  But clearly something is making chickens grow to scary sizes.

My grandfather and a couple of my uncles bless their souls and cousin raised chickens in Georgia, and I never saw any of their chickens get as big as they are now.

As much as I love chicken, the size of the chickens I’m seeing in grocery stores today scares me a little.
