What Do You Do When Are Tired Of Your Job

How do you leave a job so you can come back one day?  A better question is how do you know when it’s time for you to change jobs?  That’s a question with an array of answers applicable to an array of situations.

There is one answer that applies to everyone. When you love your job but you hate going to it is time to change jobs.  You spend a third or more of your day on your job. That’s absolutely too much time dedicated to something that you hate.

I have been in radio for a number of years. I'm often asked how you can do the same thing for so many years.  My answer is I love it.
