What Does Your Name Mean?

I've always believed that the names we were given and the names we give our children play a major role in our characters. That was made even more evident to me yesterday when my brother posted on Facebook that he'd looked up the meaning of his name. What he found (and posted) described him almost to perfection.  So, I decided to look up my name to see what it would say about me.
