Thanksgiving is next week, and I am already driving my husband crazy about putting up our Christmas tree. He thinks it's too soon, but I don't think I can wait another minute. When do you put up your Christmas tree?  The family tradition has always been to wait until Thanksgiving or the day after to decorate the tree. My parents turned it into a PARTY for us; we got take-out (which was a huge deal because we operated on a shoestring budget), cranked up my mom's Chipmunk Christmas LP, drank cocoa out of snowman-shaped mugs, and went to work making our tree look like a Currier and Ives print.

I'm also the kind of person who LOVES Christmas--like, it is The Most Wonderful Time of the Year. I'm all about celebrating the greatest holiday, so I feel like it's never too soon to get the tree up and bust out the Xmas decor.

Am I crazy? I know a few people who put their trees up the day after Halloween, and more power to them, because MEG DON'T JUDGE. I'll probably end up waiting until Thanksgiving to get to tackle our tannenbaum, but I want to know about your family's tradition. Sound off in the poll below; I'll share the results on-air.
