Why Do People Still Throw Trash on the Road?

I was reminded this morning that sometimes people can be really rude to nature and Tuscaloosa as a whole.

As I was driving to the station this morning, it was a normal day. Sun out, window rolled down. The car in front of me was sort of swerving, but they eventually corrected, after doing something that made me seriously mad. They pulled over to the side, and proceeded to throw out their trash! Right there on the road!

And I have to ask, why do people still do this? There's easily a trash can or dumpster somewhere where you can dispose of litter properly! I get that everybody's car is dirty, but there's no reason to dump it out onto the roadway...

In short, don't be that type of person to Tuscaloosa. Dispose of your litter properly!
