I went to a fast food restaurant drive through today and the system sounded awful. Why does the drive through system sound so bad at these restaurants?

You would think restaurant owners would make the drive through system one of their priorities since it’s the main source of communication between the costumer and the restaurant.  I wonder if they know how annoying it is trying to talk with someone and you can’t understand a word they are saying.

This is a problem that has existed for years. You would think someone would have solved it by now.
