With Kinnucan’s Closing, What Store or Restaurant Should Come to Midtown Village?

After more than a decade in business in Tuscaloosa's Midtown Village shopping center, Kinnucan's Specialty Outfitters will permanently close sometime in the next few weeks.

An employee at the store Wednesday morning said they originally intended to close Tuesday, but now plan to remain open another one to four weeks while they sell off as much remaining merchandise as possible.

That means interested shoppers have a little time left to browse what's still on the shelves and score deep discounts as Kinnucan's holds one last blowout sale.
