If you knew a stranger had stolen from you and you had proof, would you have the courage to confront the culprit or would you just notify the police? Well, one woman did both.

Juana Martinez is said to have made a recent purchase at a Starbuck's in Lakewood, California. The barista who took her order asked her to wait while she changed her register tape. Apparently, at this time, she allegedly copied the information from Martinez's credit card, which she then used to purchase $212 worth of items at a Ralph's grocery store, DailyMail.com.

The sharp consumer discovered the fraudulent activity and not only notified the police and Starbuck's, but she also went back to the Starbucks to confront the employee who supposedly stole from her.

What would you have done? Would you have pressed charges, or do you think Martinez made the right decision in not doing so after being notified that the employee had been fired?
