As children, we've all gotten into trouble for something we didn't do. We may have even been punished.  No punishment received as a child can compare to being imprisoned as an adult for an uncommitted crime..... Especially one that lands you in jail for 21 years!

According to a Montgomery news station, Alton Dandridge was released from Kilby Correctional Facility Thursday after being incarcerated for nearly 21 years. Dandridge was convicted of murdering Robert Manning, Sr. in 1996. He'd been sentenced to life without the possibility of parole. However, a reexamination of a fingerprint found at the scene, the only evidence tying Dandridge to the crime, found that while close, it wasn't a match.
