Yes Identity Theft Can Really Happen! It Happened To Me.

You see and hear those commercials every day about protecting your identity and safeguarding your personal information. It can happen.

It happened to me this weekend. And let tell you it’s a feeling you never want to experience. To work every day and have someone steal it from you will make you catch a case.

Fortunately my bank was able to catch it and stop it while the transaction was pending. If it hadn’t been noticed and stopped before the completion of the transaction I may have never got my money back.

After talking with the bank there are so many ways your information can be compromised. And the best thing to do to protect yourself is to make sure you take advantage of the services your bank has to offer. I’m sure glad I did.
