Yes The Teacher-Sex Law Should Be Changed

Is the teacher- sex law unconstitutional?   The laws in place now say it is illegal to have sex with students under 19. That’s totally wrong in my opinion.

I think it should be illegal for a teacher or any adult employed by the school system to have sex with a student period.  Age should not be a factor.

A 19-year-old in high school is a high school student.  If for some reason a student is still in high school at 20 it should be against the law for teachers or any adult employed by the school to have sex with them too.  Sex with students should be unlawful regardless of their age.
