A New Top Dog in AP Top 25

The weekly AP Top 25 has been released following an exciting Saturday slate that saw multiple teams survive scares, not just in the final result, but on the injury report as well.

Georgia survived in Lexington, Kentucky to move to 3-0 on the season, Missouri was scared at home by Boston College, LSU had to rally for a comeback victory on the road against South Carolina, and Texas feared the worst when they saw starting quarterback Quinn Ewers hit the deck, clearly in some discomfort.

For Alabama, the Crimson Tide handled its business on the road with a 42-10 win over Wisconsin. Alabama will head into the bye week undefeated with a major test against Georgia looming on September 28. The Bulldogs are also 3-0 heading into the highly anticipated date with the Crimson Tide.
