CTSN Announces Guests for ‘Hey Coach’ Show with Kalen DeBoer

Saturday during the fall is the most important time of the year in Tuscaloosa with the whole city shutting down when the Tide plays. We are currently three days away from the start of the Alabama Crimson Tide's football season with new head coach Kalen Deboer. The second most important time of the year was Thursday nights at Baumhowers Victory Grille when CTSN hosted their radio show 'Hey Coach' with former head coach Nick Saban.

Despite Saban's departure from the Tide, Deboer will be joining CTSN's "Hey Coach" radio show every week at Baumhowers during the football season. One significant change is that "Hey Coach" will now take place on Wednesday rather than Thursday, as it did throughout Saban's tenure. The show will remain in the same venue.

Wednesday, August 28, CTSN will host 'Hey Coach' with Kalen Deboer live at Baumhowers from 6:00 to 7:30 pm, where fans will get the chance to sit in and listen to the new head coach answer questions and share his expectations on the upcoming season.

According to CTSN, Jalen Milroe will be this week's guest on the show, He plays QB for the Tide and will be joining his head coach Kalen Deboer for CTSN's 'Hey Coach'  tonight at 7:00 at Baumhowers Victory Grille. Alabama's head Volleyball coach, Rashinda Reed, will also make an appearance on the show at 6:05 pm, where Alabama Volleyball player Gabbi Leblanc will make an appearance with her head coach shortly after at 6:20 pm, according to a CTSN post on X (formerly known as Twitter) 

Milroe, who has been on every prestigious watchlist that you can think of, with Milroe recently being listed on the Earl Campbell Tyler Rose Watch List last Wednesday, will join the show with his head coach tonight to sit and allow the fans to hear what the Redshirt Junior Qb thinks about the team that the Tide has this year and what are his expectations for not only himself but for his fellow teammates.
