Former Alabama QB Tua Tagovailoa continues to add hardware to his trophy cabinet, being named AFC Offensive Player of the Week for his stellar performance against the New England Patriots.

Tagovailoa diced up the New England defense, throwing for 317 yards and four touchdowns on 72.5 completion percentage as the Dolphins beat the Patriots 34-15.

Tagovailoa was sidelined for over a month earlier this season following a scary head injury on TNF against the Buffalo Bills in week two of the season. However, Tagovailoa has been stellar since returning on October 27, throwing for 960 yards and seven touchdowns, only throwing one interception.

The Dolphins currently sit at 5-6 with a three-game win streak, looking to make a playoff push as the home stretch of the season is on the horizon.

Tagovailoa and the Dolphins take the field tomorrow for a Thanksgiving battle against the Green Bay Packers.
