"WACH is committed to assisting the West Alabama Community into better heart health. Part of that is helping them recognize their health, and address the issues that deteriorate it. That often looks like what are know as Social determinate of health such as poor access to nutrition,  stress, trauma, maternal health, transportation issues, lack of funds for everyday living needs," said Tiffany Gray, Project Coordinator for The WACH program.

"WACH partners with Committed Community Organizations and groups, such as the West Alabama Food Bank. In that particular partnership we discussed areas of need for nutrition and their partners or groups that are working to meet those needs. We stand strong on our saying #Local Love,  and #justWACH because #welovetoseeit ."
