Well, that’s not even the best way to put it. It’s beginning to look like a horror film because my goodness, what is going on with the insane amount of ladybugs in West Alabama?

I have firsthand reports from at least three witnesses who have told me stories involving a massive number of ladybugs.

The experts report that ladybug season is underway in Alabama.

I’ve lived in Alabama for a long time, and I have never seen so many ladybugs.

Again, the expert reports that the swarms are appearing due to the dropping temperatures in November.

Experts claim these insects are seeking warm places to overwinter and are drawn to the sunny side of light-colored buildings.

Have you ever heard that one? Yeah, me neither.

While ladybugs can be beneficial in gardens, the most common type, the Asian lady beetle, can be a nuisance because it gets inside homes, has been known to bite (rarely), and leaves stains.

Now, let me share with you a couple of firsthand reports, including this video from a young woman.
