Everybody is, if they’re being honest, some of us deal with it better than others.

Social media is buzzing, and we can report to you now that in February, Tuscaloosa will get its first designated place for relieving stress in a very big way.

A rage room, which in my studies is also called a Smash room or wreck room, is a room where people can let out their anger and rage by totally destroying breakable objects.
In most cases, you’re given something to attack all of the items in the room with, like a baseball bat or a sledgehammer, etc.

Rage rooms are usually filled with things fun to destroy, like old televisions, computers, appliances, and any glassware that is no longer wanted.

Where did this come from?

Well, apparently, the first rage rooms, according to Wikipedia, were in Japan in 2008, and the concept began to spread to the United Kingdom and Austria.

Now, while it is very controversial, there are some psychological tests that claim it really does provide stress relief for individuals who are looking for some way to get it out.

According to some of these studies, they claim that it can often help someone who could express aggression in a violent way to get some stress relief and not use violence to get it out.
