The morning session will showcase two key components: WOW 2.0: Classroom to Career and the IGNITE Summer Job Fair, both intended to link students with local employers and tangible job opportunities.

  • WOW 2.0 is specifically designed for high school seniors preparing to enter the workforce. Participants will have the chance to engage in on-site interviews with employers who may extend conditional job offers for full- and part-time roles right away.

  • IGNITE targets students in grades 10 through 12 who are considering part-time, summer, or apprenticeship positions. These students can also participate in interviews and potentially receive conditional job offers from local businesses.

In the afternoon, the Civic Center will open its doors for a community-wide hiring event, where job seekers will have the opportunity to connect with various employers from the surrounding area.
