New Tuscaloosa Restaurant Soul Out Cafe Is Winning Big Buzz

Tuscaloosa residents may have noticed a new restaurant in the city serving up a tasty breakfast menu and irresistible lunch and dinner menu. Soul Out Cafe is one of the most talked about new restaurants in Tuscaloosa.

Now located at 3801 Greensboro Ave in Tuscaloosa, this cafe begin in Eutaw back in 2021 and has changed locations a few times since, bringing their loyal customer base with them every time.

"We have customers that have been supporting us since we were cooking in our home.  Some started in Eutaw and Moundville and they've followed us here to Tuscaloosa," said Latoya Harris Owner of Soul Out Cafe.

Soul Out Cafe is known for their breakfast favorites like the shrimp and grits, fish and grits, as well as their club sandwiches and wings. Portion size is never an issue at Soul Out Cafe. Customers can always be sure they are getting their monies worth from portion size, to amazing customer service, and a great atmosphere with plenty of seating.

Harris spoke on the advantage of being part of the West Alabama Chamber of Commerce and how it helps her business.

"I just felt like they could offer a lot within the city," Harris said.

She mentioned Erica Grant as a leading influence and the networking opportunities and how she appreciates advice she receives from members of the chamber.
