32-Year-Old Missing in Tuscaloosa County Was Last Seen Thursday

Family members are asking for help finding a 32-year-old man last known to be in northern Tuscaloosa County Thursday.

Loved ones of 32-year-old Christian Carroll took to Facebook over the weekend seeking any information about his whereabouts.

They said his phone last pinged a cell tower on rural Brown Road, which sits between the communities of Echola and Samatha in the north part of the county.

Jessica McDaniel, a spokesperson for the Tuscaloosa County Sheriff's Office, confirmed Monday morning that Carroll's family has filed a missing persons report and the case is still active.

UPDATE: Carrol was found dead Monday. At this time, police do not suspect foul play was involved.
