Boston Mayor Thomas Menino sent a letter to the publisher of Rolling Stone magazine on Wednesday a day after the newest cover was released with Boston Marathon bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev. Menino shares many Americans' distaste for the cover photo and tells the magazine that there are many other cover stories of survivors and heroes that would have made for a better issue...

Alleged Boston Marathon bomber Dzhohkar Tsarnaev will be on the cover of next month's Rolling Stone. The decision has sparked a great deal of controversy, with many condemning the magazine for glamorizing the suspected terrorist.

Less than three months since this photo was taken in the aftermath of the Boston Marathon bombings, the man being carried in the photograph is walking again, despite losing both of his legs.
