What is slightly surprising is the amount of talent backing the project. Oscar-winner Jamie Foxx signed on to play the former boxing heavyweight champion and Terrence Winter, fresh off an Oscar nomination for writing 'The Wolf of Wall Street,' is set to pen the script.

Recently, former heavyweight boxer Mike Tyson admitted to cheating drug tests, using someone else's sample (and a fake member) to hide the fact that he was on cocaine for during his career. Does this revelation hurt his legacy at all?
