Police arrest 12-yr-old after breaking into elementary school. According to al.com police were called to Wylam Elementary just before 10 p.m. Once on the scene security alerted them that someone was in the building.

After a brief search the caught the 12-yr old leaving by a side door. It was believed that the child left a window unlocked during school with plans to return and break in.

The child was caught with 2 cell phones and a blue tooth. How in the name of...is a 12-yr-old able to be away from home to break in a school?

Where were his parents? This is the sort of thing that would have never happened when I was growing up. Why now?

That's the million dollar question with NO answer.
