2 Chainz New Rap Album Features Music From Two Tuscaloosa Musicians.

Two local Tuscaloosa musicians have a lot to proud of. Uri Horton and Loyd Watson Jr's music is used on 2 Chainz latest album. According to the Tuscaloosa news,

The track would eventually become the foundation for “Burglar Bars,” a song by rapper 2 Chainz featured on his latest album, “Pretty Girls Like Trap Music.” “Burglar Bars” features vocals by singer Monica as well as an introduction by the Nation of Islam’s Louis Farrakhan.

For the song, Horton recorded the bass guitar part while Watson recorded soprano and tenor saxophone parts. Previously Horton and Watson had played together in different bands around Tuscaloosa and Birmingham.
