The biggest bacon and beer festival in Alabama returns to Tuscaloosa for year four and the date and location have been announced.

Townsquare Media revealed this week that Bacon Brew & Que will be be a one-day event on August 26, 2017 and will take place Tuscaloosa River Market along the Black Warrior River. The event features beers from some of the best craft breweries around Alabama and the country paired with bacon and barbecue dishes created by local Tuscaloosa restaurants. For one price, people can sample all of the food and beer for up to four hours.

The event will begin at 2PM with the first 90 minutes being open for VIP ticket holders. The gates open to everyone else at 3:30PM and sampling will last until 6PM. This year is expected to be bigger and better than the first three thanks to a larger variety of beer and the addition of barbecue to go along with bacon.

There will be three different ticket options (VIP, general admission, and designated driver), and those are already on sale.

More details, including a beer list, restaurant list, and live music schedule will be released soon. In the meantime, check out BaconBrewAndQue.com to learn more about past events and bookmark the page to stay updated on this year's festival.
