50 Cent Going To Trial Over SexTape
Lastonia Leviston sued 50 Cent in 2010 for posting a sex tape she made with her then-boyfriend Maurice Murray on the Internet. 50 Cent, real name Curtis Jackson III, edited the video, blurring Murray's face and inserting an image of himself into the footage while Leviston's features remained visible.
Leviston, a former girlfriend of rapper Rick Ross, wants damages for emotional distress and unauthorised use of her name and image, and Jackson's attempts to have the suit dismissed have been rejected.
