A Holt Woman Watches Her Pet Get Killed By The Neighbors Dogs

What would you do if your neighbors pet attacked and killed your pet? Who should be responsible and what action can you take that would actually give you peace of mind and some sense of justice.

My first thought would be to kill the animal.

After reading this story I feel so sorry for this lady. She actually watched as a pack of dogs attack and kills her 7 year pet. The way she describes what happened is horrific.
