Saw something interesting on CNN last night, they were talking about how police needed more training, more training and training and retraining. But is that the real answer to stop police officers and mean only certain ones from the brutality that's been happening over the years?

No amount of police training can stop police brutality when certain officers view certain races of people beneath them. Since these latest incidents, there has been much discussion about the need for training and retraining. There has also been a hundreds of calls from the outrage pubic about it all. But Training and federal investigations don't do nothing if nothing  is seriously done that holds police accountable.

What about BWC ( Body wore Camera's ) it was suppose to stop all of this but hum, the officers in question regarding Alton Sterlings BWC wasn't working. That's part of the problem, hold police officers accountable. Use an outside source to monitor this stuff, don't let the police police themselves. That would be like the banks governing  thenselves and we all know how that went down in 2007.

We've got to get better at policing the police, there's so much red tape between, City, County, State, Justice Dept. and the FBI that it could take years to see any real progress in my opinion, but until then if we don't make the authorities stay true to what's in place now, we'll never make any real progress.
