Basically once Labor Day has passed, we spend our time gearing up for Halloween, which means apple cider, carving pumpkins, and loads and loads of terrible scary movies. The only problem is that there are bad scary movies and then there are *bad* scary movies, and the only way to tell the difference between the two usually involves sacrificing 40 minutes or so of your life.
Halloween is coming, and we thought we'd get into the spirit of things by revisiting one of our favorite sets of spooky photos ever. These candid pics were taken of people passing through the Nightmares Fear Factory in Niagara Falls and they show the funny/scared/shocked faces we all really make when in a haunted house. Unlike the haunted houses we've been to, this one must actually be scary -- faces like this don't lie.
Labor Day has come and gone, which means it's time for school to start. We thought we'd impart a few choice bits of wisdom for incoming college freshman so they can look back on their first semester without cringing in humiliation years down the road.
Sure, you ate Urkel-O's and can do a fairly spot-on "Did I do thaaaat??" But how well do you really know 'Family Matters'? We've culled together some not-so-common knowledge on the show to see if you're a genuine nerd, or just a Stefan in disguise
One time two years ago, some skeezebag stole our phone right out of our purse. For three months we were phone-less. So, we feel fairly well qualified to testify that this video, about what it's like to be surrounded by friends with smartphones when you don't have one, is pretty much spot on.
