Beauty Files: ‘The Glam Room’ in Tuscaloosa

A wise man once said, " If you look good, you feel good", that saying rings true after an appointment at Tuscaloosa's newest salon, The Glam Room.

I've lived in several places such as Miami, Tallahassee, Nashville, and even Chicago - and I've never seen such an amazing salon. The interior decor is beautiful. You don't even feel like you're in Tuscaloosa, it lives up to it's name as being "Glam". The stylist and clients are friendly. Plus, you leave feeling like a million dollars.

I spent today at The Glam Room for a day of pampering. I'm all about keeping my hair healthy and beautiful, my hairstylist Malika always does an amazing job. She takes her time with my hair and the results are outstanding. Last year, I began 'tinting' my eyebrows, which means instead of filling them in every day, they use dye which last a couple of weeks. Ro did a stellar job of making my eyebrows and eyelashes look natural as possible.

All in all, it was a relaxing afternoon. If you haven't been by the salon make sure you check it out!
