Over the last few years, it seems that fitness has become a priority for a majority of the Tuscaloosa population, which is a great thing! However, some people (like myself) need additional motivation to get moving.

At one time, Tae Bo was all the craze.  People sometimes gathered to watch Billy Blanks and work out as he instructed. Then came P-90X, followed by Shaun T with SEVERAL crazes: Insanity, Hip-Hop Abs, etc.  The latest to become popular with women is Zumba and other support structures like Black Girls Run!

Again, I need additional motivation to get moving. It has to be fun for me.  I'd love to jump rope, play basketball or volleyball, or dance.  I see a lot of my friends in other cities talk about the different yoga classes they enjoy. I've never done yoga, but I'd love to take at least one class to see if I'd like it.  I'm planning to make a visit to 9Round in Northport. I think it'll be fun.

What about you? Are there any classes you take and would recommend?
