Leonardo DiCaprio, Carey Mulligan and Tobey Maguire lead the star-studded cast on the upcoming film, ‘The Great Gatsby.’ So it comes as no surprise that the soundtrack would be carrying the same kind of caliber.

With Jay-Z serving as the film and soundtrack’s executive producer, he has recruited some of the best talents in the business to make fans not only want to see the movie but also hear the tunes.

“‘The Great Gatsby’ is that classic American story of one’s introduction to extravagance, decadence, and illusion,” Jay-Z expressed. “It’s ripe for experimentation and ready to be interpreted with a modern twist. The imagination Baz brought to ‘Moulin Rouge!’ made it a masterpiece, and’ Romeo + Juliet’’s score wasn’t just in the background; the music became a character. This film’s vision and direction has all the makings of an epic experience.”

As previously reported, Beyonce and Andre 3000 have teamed up to cover Amy Winehouse‘s ‘Back to Black.’ Fergie, Q-Tip and GoonRock collaborate on ‘A Little Party Never Killed Nobody (All We Got)’ while Emeli Sande and the Bryan Ferry Orchestra cover Bey’s ‘Crazy in Love.’, Jack White, the xx and Lana Del Rey are just some of the other artists on the film soundtrack.

Of course, Hov couldn’t just stand behind the scenes on this epic soundtrack and has contributed ‘No Church in the Wild’ and ‘100$ Bill’ to the film.
