As a result of his probation being revoked earlier this month -- for failing to get permission to head to San Jose, Calif., where five people were shot during his concert -- Chris Brown is hit with another blow.

The singer announced via Instagram on Monday (Jan. 26) that he would have to postpone dates on his Between the Sheets tour with Trey Songz and Tyga because a judge refused to sign off on his travel.

“I would first like to apologize to all the fans and people who have been supporters of me and all the music over the years. The beginning of the BTS tour has been moved to later dates now,” Breezy wrote.

While the tour was slated to kick off on Jan. 28 in Hampton, Va., Brown is confined to Los Angles until he completes the remaining 100 hours of community service pending from his 2009 domestic dispute with Rihanna.

“The judge would not sign off on my travel to do the tour until I finish these last 100 hours of community service. I promise that I am busting my ass doing it everyday until it’s complete. This is the most disappointing news I’ve gotten in a while. Everything happens for a reason so I wanted to personally inform my fans. The show must go on. Out of 1000 hours I only have 100 left. I will work my ass off to complete it and I will be on that stage. Once again I’m sorry for the delay. I love y’all!,” he continued.

Breezy and Trigga first announced the tour in November and Tyga joined soon after. In addition to his legal issues, Tyga could possibly be seeing his day in court as well. King Goldchains was recently slapped with a $4 million lawsuit from his former managers.

No word on the new dates for the BTS tour or which city the tour will begin, but Brown has promised fans he will make it up to them. In the meantime, he and Tyga are preparing to drop their 'Fan of a Fan' album on Feb. 24.
