Legal troubles continue for Chris Brown. The singer was slapped with a million-dollar lawsuit today for allegedly beating up a man in Washington, D.C., last year and spewing homophobic words at him.

According to TMZ, the plaintiff, Parker Adams, claims that he was outside the W Hotel in D.C., in October 2013, when Breezy stated, "I ain't down with that gay s---," and proceeded to beat him up and break his nose. Adams is suing the 'X' creator and his bodyguard for $1.5 million each for injuries and damages.

This is not the first charge Brown has faced over this incident. The 24-year-old, who is currently in rehab, is also accused of misdemeanor assault as a result of what happened in D.C.

Breezy maintains his innocence. The 'Fine China' crooner claims that Adams aggressively tried to get onto his tour bus, making him the real aggressor and not the victim.
