Coolio can breathe a sigh of relief now that his gun case is finally over. The veteran rapper pled guilty to possession of a concealed weapon at a hearing in Los Angeles on Wednesday (Oct. 26).

The case stems from his arrest at Los Angeles airport back in September. Coolio was placed in police custody after TSA found a loaded 9MM gun in his carry-on bag. The 53-year-old rapper’s bodyguard tried to take the blame for the gun, which was also stolen, but police later determined that it belong to Coolio. He was later charged with possession of a firearm by a felon.

In court today, the judge hit Coolio with three years of probation and ordered him to perform 45 days of community service, according to TMZ. But the rap vet must stay out of trouble for a year - including not using or carrying a gun - and his charge with be downgrade to a misdemeanor.

Interestingly, before the hearing ended, the judge complimented Coolio on his, um, unique hairdo. “You have a different little hair style...it fits you,” the judge reportedly said.

After Coolio’s victory in the courtroom, the rapper went back into promo mode. He went on his Twitter account and urged his fans to join him on the "I Love The 90's" Tour. Peep his tweet below.
