With Bacon N Brewfest drawing ever closer, here I go with another beer recipe, this time no bacon, at least not at first. First get your chicken ready and room temp. Season inside and out.

Fold wings back and insert 1/2 full can of beer into chicken and place on grill over indirect heat until skin is crispy and juices run clear when the thigh is pierced.

Remove from grill and let rest 10-15 mins for easy carving.
