Former Alabama Quarterback Greg McElroy Retires From The NFL

I really didn’t care anything about college football before I moved to Tuscaloosa.  I remember after my first visit to Tuscaloosa wondering what does roll tide mean. Greg McElroy is by far my favorite Alabama quarterback.  I really wanted to see more of him in the NFL but that’s not going to happen.

After three years in the NFL former Alabama quarterback Greg McElroy is done with the NFL. McElroy announced his retirement after being released by the Cincinnati Bengals.

McElroy a seventh pick in the 2011 NFL Draft started one game during his three year career.  Read more here
