Get Your Arrest Record Expunged If You Weren’t Convicted

July 7^th 2014 Alabama residents who have been arrested, but not convicted of a crime may file to have their arrest record wiped away.

If you have been arrested but not convicted, the record of your arrest is still there even if you are not convicted.  When you have been arrested it insinuates that you have done something wrong.  And arrest can have a negative effect on you whether you are guilty. Read more here.
