Everyone is doing that 10 year aging hit you challenge and I refuse to!  Why?  Because I know I've put on a few pounds in the last few years!

 

I don't do New Years Resolutions but I WILL lose about 10 pounds for this Crimson Tide Cruise next month! I just hate exercising by myself!  That's MY excuse, what's yours?

Actually, I can't even use that one as an excuse anymore.  Jade Nicole just came in the studio walking really slow! She was working out this weekend! Am I just procrastinating? That may very well be!

Well, according to a new survey, there's a point in everyone's life where they start to feel too old to work out, the average age is 41!!

The survey also listed 10 of the most common excuses we use for not working out! 

 

1.  Too tired, 56%.

2.  Too much work to do, 36%.

3.  It was already late, 30%

4.  Bad weather, 28%

5.  Ate too much, 23.

6.  Stayed late at wrk, 22%.

7.  Would rather stay in to watch Netflix, 15%.

8.  It was dark outside, 12%.

9.  Bad traffic, 12%.

10.  Workout buddy canceled, 11%.
