If You Get Social Security You May Not Be Allowed To Own A Gun!

Ok here is one I don’t get. The Obama administration is pushing to ban Social Security beneficiaries from owning guns if they lack the mental capacity to manage their own affairs.

This is intended to bring the Social Security Administration in line with laws regulating who is reported to the NICS or the National Instant Criminal Background Check System.

This could affect a large group of people.  A large number of people within Social Security are unable to handle there affairs for various reasons.

Is prohibiting gun owners based on financial competence right?  Personally I don’t think its right.
